Working hours and access

• Every vehicle with a rented parking subscription must be parked in the open area of the parking zone to avoid blocking the exit. If you park in the covered area of the parking zone, you risk your vehicle being locked due to the rolling shutters being lowered outside the branch's working hours.
• During the holiday periods around Christmas, New Year and Easter, parking areas are extremely busy and parking may be temporarily difficult or unavailable.

Subscription duration and access

• Subscriptions are valid until the last calendar day of the current month, regardless of the purchase date.
• If activated after the first day of the month, the subscription fee is calculated proportionally for the remaining days.
• The subscription provides 24/7 parking in the outdoor area, with unlimited vehicle entries and exits.

Compliance with traffic rules

• All users must comply with the Road Traffic Act, road markings, traffic signs and information signs within the parking facility.
• Max speed limit: 10 km/h and max vehicle height - 2.70m.

Use of rented parking spaces

• Vehicles must be parked within the areas outlined by white markings.
• The subscription does not include a fixed personal parking space. An available space in the same position is not guaranteed on each visit.
• Parking outside designated areas or obstructing the manoeuvring and movement of other vehicles is prohibited.

Prohibited activities

• Use of the horn is prohibited, except to prevent a traffic accident or incident.
• No idling while parked.
• Storage, transloading or stockpiling of hazardous substances and materials, including flammable and toxic materials, is prohibited throughout the parking facility.

Responsibilities and penalties

• The lessor may terminate the subscription and restrict access for users who breach these terms.
• For serious or repeated violations, the subscription may be terminated unilaterally without notice.

Liability for parked vehicles

• The lessor is not liable for damage, loss, unlawful interference or harm to vehicles caused by third parties, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• Vehicles are parked entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

Additional provisions

• The parties will seek to settle disputes amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved under applicable Bulgarian law.
• These terms take effect when the subscription is issued or paid for and are binding on all users.
