Terms and Conditions for Renting a Parking spot in Kaufland Sofia - Iztok

1

Working hours and access

• The parking facility is accessible at any time of the day.
• Every vehicle with a rented parking subscription must be parked in the open area of the parking zone to avoid blocking the exit. If you park in the covered area of the parking zone, you risk your vehicle being locked due to the rolling shutters being lowered outside the branch's working hours.
• During holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter), parking zones may be overcrowded.

Contract duration

• Contracts are valid until the last day of the current month, regardless of the registration date.
• If you register after the 1st of the month, the price is calculated proportionally.
• Users will have the option to renew or purchase a new subscription from the last week of the current month.

Compliance with traffic rules

• All tenants must follow road traffic rules, signs, and markings.
• Max speed limit: 10 km/h and max vehicle height - 2.70m.

Use of rented parking spaces

• Parking outside designated areas or blocking other vehicles is prohibited.
• The contract applies to one specific vehicle, identified by its registered license plate.
• Each tenant is entitled to only one designated parking space for one registered license plate.

Prohibited activities

• No honking, except in emergencies.
• No idling while parked.
• No storage of hazardous materials (flammable or dangerous substances).

Responsibilities and penalties

• The parking operator has the right to terminate the contract in case of violations.
• Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination without notice.

Liability for parked vehicles

• The parking operator is NOT responsible for damages caused by third parties, natural disasters, or accidents.
• Vehicles are parked at the tenant's own risk.

Additional provisions

• These terms are an integral part of the rental contract.
• All disputes will be resolved under Bulgarian law.
