Working hours and access

• Access is available during the official working hours of the selected Lidl store. Stores operating 24 hours provide round-the-clock access (24/7).
• During holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter, and others), parking zones may be completely full. An active subscription guarantees a subscriber space for the paid period, but renewal for the next period is not guaranteed when subscriber capacity is exhausted.

Contract duration

• The subscription is personal and valid for one registration number at one specific Lidl location.
• Selling, transferring, lending, or otherwise providing the subscription to another person is prohibited.

Compliance with traffic rules

• All tenants must follow road traffic rules, signs, and markings.
• The maximum speed is 10 km/h. Drivers must comply with the posted maximum vehicle height.
• Only roadworthy mopeds, motorcycles, and passenger cars are allowed. Trucks, buses, campers, caravans, trailers, and platforms are prohibited.

Use of rented parking spaces

• Park only in subscriber spaces outlined with white lines. Blocking entrances, exits, pedestrian paths, or ramps, and occupying two spaces are prohibited.
• The contract applies to one specific vehicle, identified by its registered license plate.

Prohibited activities

• No idling while parked.
• Storing hazardous, flammable, or explosive substances, gas cylinders, fuels, or oils anywhere in the parking area is prohibited.
• Do not use a parking space for storage, repairs, or servicing.
• Sleeping, overnight stays, and camping in vehicles are prohibited.
• Commercial, advertising, or event activity requires prior consent. Damaging barriers, cameras, signs, or other equipment is prohibited.

Responsibilities and penalties

• When the subscription expires and the vehicle remains in the parking area, the user loses subscriber rights. Continued parking is charged at the standard visitor tariff of EUR 1.53 (BGN 3.00) for every started hour.
• Lidl may immobilize a violating vehicle with a technical clamp or arrange forced towing. The vehicle owner or user pays all clamping, unclamping, and towing costs according to the parking tariff.
• The vehicle may not leave the parking area, including after a clamp is removed, until all hourly charges for the unauthorized stay and the unclamping fee have been paid.

Liability for parked vehicles

• Parking is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Lidl and Qntra are not liable for damage caused by third parties, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or belongings left in vehicles.

Additional provisions

• These terms are an integral part of the rental contract.
